I was told that the order didn't ship because they didn't have something in stock. I then said that I would take some peppermint shrimp instead after waiting 1 month for the shipment.
I waited and still nothing came. After 2 months, I requested a refund. They said to give it awhile. Well it is now 4 phone messages later and 3 emails plus another month and no refund.
I should have looked at the BBB that I did a complaint on first for their rating but I had gotten a good delivery from them last year and a gal on the phone that was very helpful. Perhaps this company has changed ownership is the reason for this mess.
Come to find out, that since I waited 2 months for the delivery, my credit card claim will probably not fly. I guess that is what you get for trusting.
I would give zero stars if I could.
