Dont order from AquaCON
Placed the order on Wednesday of last week. When I didnt hear from them by 7pm Thursday I knew something was wrong. I usually order from liveaquaria with no trouble at all (usually ships out or I get an email within 12 hours). I called them and got a message saying that the lines were down. Then I emailed them. I got a quick response saying that one of the corals wasnt ready to be shipped, so i had it swapped for another type of coral. Then they said they couldnt ship it out until Monday or I can pay for Saturday shipping, which I did. I got the package today and WOW. What a waste of my money. Most of the corals were falling apart and I didnt get everything that I ordered. I had feather dusters broke apart everywhere and nothing was on a plug or rock but instead were on shells. For example, they have a mushroom pack that clearly states on their website that you get 4 rocks full of 4-5 mushrooms each. Well, I got 4 shells with one tiny mushroom on each. They also didnt include and fish or crabs that I had ordered. Now, I also ordered from another website and got that shipment in today as well. It was another world compare to what i got from aquacon. Whatever you do, do not order from them. I already called my bank and I am getting my money back. Please, believe these reviews. I read them and still ordered from them thinking that maybe the reviews were wrong but they arent.

The order was first placed on June 20th the billing process takes 24 hours before the order is sent to the warehouse to be fulfilled. The warehouse only first received the order on June 21st. The customer contacted our company on June 21st at 11:04 AM via email he was inquiring on the status of his order. We responded back to the customer at 11:16 AM on June 21st explaining to him our billing process and that the warehouse only received his order as of today. We explained to the customer that the Elegance Coral was not ready to be shipped as of yet. We also asked if there was another coral he would like to substitute the Elegance Coral for. The customer emailed us back with the coral substitution and asked if the order would ship out that day. We explained to the customer that the shipping schedule was completely full since it was the last shipping day of the week (Except one a customer upgrades to a Saturday Delivery) that we could not guarantee his order would ship however we would do our absolute best. Unfortunately the shipping schedule was to full and we were not able to ship out his order that day. The customer requested that the order be shipped out on June 22nd (Friday) for a Saturday delivery which was done. The customer did receive his order on June 23rd as he requested. The order was send out with an exception to two items that were not healthy enough to be shipped out so his credit card was refunded for the two missing items. The customer ordered a NANO TANK MUSHROOM PACKAGE which consist of a four NANO sized mushrooms. No where on our site does it advised that it comes with four to five mushrooms per rock. Now please note since the customer has received his live-stock order he has only contacted our company once which was in regards to the missing items. We emailed the customer back and explained that those items were not fit to ship and the money was refunded to his credit card. He has never once made contact with our company advising of any discrepancies with his order. If he had we would of rectified the situation for him immediately. We would be more than happy to rectify the situation with the customer if he sends us pictures.
