Ordered $800 worth of stuff. All the fish were on the bottom of the box with the coral on top. How dumb. Needless to say all but 1 fish was dead. Coral were the size of pennies. This didn't matter as the all died within a week. We ordered and paid for a pom pom coral, to find out the did'nt even have and couldn't even get it. They offered to give us a diffrent coral for it, but would not refund the money after they shipped the other products and stated we had to pay the additional shipping for the replaced coral. Needless to say we only got a refun of $100 after stating my lawyer would call them. Total of 3 months from order to resolution and about 20 phone calls and 20 emails.
