Antopia, Inc is a web based dating site that does not treat their paying members fairly. The owner of this site, will enter other date sites, find members that are on her site as well and then kick them off her site. She abuses her own TOS (Terms of Service Agreement) and will adjust it to her personal feelings towards her members. She personally gets involved with her members online thus creating a negative situation when she is in a bad mood. Her company does not have complete TOS agreements that will protect her members , her company nor any outside interest. They are lacking in legal and moral issues.
This site will refund her customers according to her feelings towards that person. I was offered a refund through a paypal account, but have yet to see the actual refund. I have contacted pay pal about this transaction for them to look into my refund.
A date site should provide a safe and comfortable place for members to come in and socialize with other members, with out the fear of being judged unfairly as well as the member should have the right to voice their opinions about how a company is run ethically.
The owner. operators of this site, will send out sarcastic and untruthful emails to their members in an extremley immature in nature. It is both unprofessional as well as unethical.
