On March 19, 2012 I placed 2 large orders on animeharu.com and that very day my money was taken off my card. It is now May 26, 2012 and I have not received my items or my money back. I have messaged and called multiple times and they told me three times in the past 40 days that my money on all backorder items would be refunded to me and I have yet to see it. I keep asking for a confirmation e-mail of my refund and they keep ignoring me. If you read their promise it's all lies. This is a scam company and the proof is their address on their site is actually the address to a business named Earth Class Mail. Google Map it with the street view and zoom in on Earth Class Mail and you will see. If you call their phone number on Mon-Fri 8:00AM to 5:00PM no one will answer.
