Mortgage Bailot Assistance is a subsidiary of Amtec Finacial, inc. They have the same directors, the same address, and DRE numbers. I am sending a complain to DRE for their unlawful activities of collecting money for loan modification then not fulfilling their contractual obligations. In fact, this company suddenly disappeared with disconnected phone numbers. I already filed a complaint against Bailout Mortgage Assistance with BBB. I have proofs of the contract and the cancelled check I paid to this company.
