This company is a rip off. They took my first premium out of my account days early and also took it out twice. They promised me a refund of the over draft charges and I have still not received it. It has been since 6/6/10 and it is now 8/10/10 and they refuse to return my calls or refund me my money of my premium. I signed the cancellation notice and did everything they told me to do to cancel this terrible service and still no money and no phone calls.
When you call the customer service number (the only number they list) you get a recorded message telling you the person is unavailable and to leave a message and someone will get back with you in 24 hours and they don't. I have called everyday for over a month and nobody has yet to call me back.
There is 4 different companies involved here and they all pass the buck on who has your money. Global Cyrus, P&E Solutions, American Star Lending and Noteworld Lending Corp. all out of California.
None of the will return your calls once you cancel their service. They don't do anything till your accounts are in collections already. They lied about "using their own money" to pay off your debts and then you pay them back because they have "investors" who will use their money to pay off your debts and settle them for .25 cents on the dollar. That is a lie, you pay in and once you pay in enough then they start negotiations. They lied and said you will have your debts paid back in 18 months, that is not possible.
Be ware of all of these companies.
