Started the loan modification process on middle of March, the guy that handled my case at the beginning, Joseph Prince left the company and ever since the president of it, Dante Marquez, handled it. Now he is trying to blame Joseph Prince for everything it went wrong even saying Joseph took my money and left the company and he took care of my file for free, which is not true! The payment was made to American Home Solutions Group that shows on my credit card statement clearly so money went to the company! Now I have to hire an attorney to represent me and help me w/foreclosure was filed for my property, as Dante recommended me on one of his emails. I asked for my money back, he told me call credit card company to dispute it and he is not gonna dispute the claim and I`m gonna get the full payment refunded, which in another email he said he has nothing to do with AHSG and Joseph Prince is to be blamed, again.
the company has another name now: D&A Gov't Home Consulting
He is not a trustworthy person! He`s not even an attorney but he handled my case and represented me to my mortgage company which is a fraud!
