We hired this company to assist with loan modifications for our two mortgages in the middle of April 2009. They promised weekly updates which we received for the first 2-3 weeks, and now - nothing. Their phone number and fax numbers are disconnected and there is no response to the email. We have reported them to Florida Attorney General and learned that these companies are forbidden from asking for money before performing the services.
