Insulation Service: blown in cellulose in attic and exterior walls.
Overall we were pleased with the service. Scott (sales associate) was a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He provided a "hands-on" insulation demonstration that was unique and effective.
The only area of concern was that the insulation crew arrived 3 hours late on the first day. However, Scott, being efficient and responsive, turned a three-day job into a day and a half.
Although we had a small hiccup in the beginning, the fact that he was able to get the job done in 1/2 the time made up for it!
The crew matched the color and texture of the walls perfectly. Also, our house is now very quiet and comfortable!
