I normally don't write reviews, but decided that I should share my experience. I ordered a sectional that was on special and picked it up from the warehouse. It came in great packages. I opened up both pieces and noticed that on the sectional portion there was 4 small pices of thread or material. I was really up set, so I called the store and the scheduled a delivery of new sectional for the following day. The came and delievered the sectional. It looked fantastic. So, I was pleasntly surprised at their customer service. I love my couch (so far).
