Do Not Agree to Test Their Toner

I reluctantly agreed to test toner from this company. The cartridges didn't perform at all like they said they would. I received an invoice for $245.70 for two HP 35A compatible cartridges. After being totally dissatisfied with the cartridges, I called the company to inform them of such. Instead of taking back the toner like they said they would, now they want to adjust the invoice down to $100. Really I don't want to pay anything for the garbage they sent me. DON'T DO BUSINESS with this crooked company. Inferior product at a substantially higher cost than just going to say Staples. If I can't get out of this invoice, it will be the LAST time I work with an aftermarket company such as Alpha Imaging. What a waste of my resources.
