This place has gone out of business but left a lot of customer's stranded. They had a toll-free number that was tied to all their locations and that is now no longer working. I purchased $5k worth of windows and needed some fixing around the frame on of my windows. I called them twice last year around Nov-Dec 09 and no one ever returned my call. I called them recently and discovered that they are no longer around. I filed a complaint against through the BBB. If and when this place ever comes back around --- DON'T BUY from Allbrand Windows. I'm sure they'll change their name so do your homework and investigate ownership and previous companies. If you hear Allbrand Windows... run!
