This review is for the all hands car wash in Aliso Viejo CA. My experience was very negative. They scratched my mustang in 2 places. They jumped the rails of the car wash violently and messed up my alignment, Now my car drifts to the right. Also when they jumped the rails of the car wash, my hood no longer sits flush. This place is TERRIBLE. I called my insurance agent and he told me the same place scraped his BMW badly and he would never use them again.
