I highly recommend the services of ACAT: the price is fair and the service is exceptional. The company is responsive and efficient. Devin, the primary technician I worked with, is thorough, polite, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and explained all details of the process. I had discovered a nest of small rats in my basement and requested live traps. First, Devin did a careful inspection of my house to determine how the rats were getting in and discussed how he would correct the problems, which he did the next visit. The trapping has been successful and each time, ACAT sent Devin or Steve the day of the call. For me, Devin helped elevate what could have been a creepy, rat-related effort into a learning experience!
