I've never felt the need to review a company before, but I truly believe they earned it. I'll start off by explaining my problem. My attic was infested with pigeons. They had literally taken over; coming and going as they pleased and making a real mess of things. After trying to reach several other animal removing companies, and getting nothing but answering services, I found All City on Google and thought I would give them a shot. I called early on a Sunday, and an experienced trapper was able to quote me over the phone. I thought it was impressive that he could also have someone out the same day. Who works on Sundays? These guys! Anyways, the way this company works is very personal. I was able to speak directly to my trapper Devin, and he seemed to have all the answers. When he came to my house, he was clean and courteous, (also very easy on the eyes :p). He climbed into the attic and took a look around. When he returned, he showed pictures of the damage and mess. It was disgusting! There were several dead birds and even some alive ones! He quickly gave me an estimate on the removal of the pigeons (both alive and dead.) I accepted and he got to work right away. He came prepared with a net, mesh and a construction vacuum. He went up into the attic with his tools and supplies, closed the trap door, and didn't come down for about 3 hours. Periodically, I would hear the fluttering of wings and the clicking on of the vacuum. When he came down, he was soaked with sweat. He had neatly bagged all of the carcasses, destroyed insulation, and nesting material that he found inside. He carried with him 6 live pigeons in a cage of some sort. He even took off his boots while walking the garbage out of my house. After the cleanup, he showed me pictures of the finished product. It looked completely different. After climbing onto the roof to seal the hole, he accepted payment and was on his way. I was impressed by how professional the paperwork was, and they even take credit card. I will probably never need them again, but I encourage anyone with an animal issue to call and see what these guys can do.
