The person that came out to take care of my feral cats, Bob, was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. It took 3 days to remove them and that was about 1/2 the time I expected it to take. He was very humane in the way he treated the cats, and took them all to the Downey Animal Control office.
Great job Bob!!
