Kelly is TOP NOTCH! She is extremely patient and will explain everything you want to know when it comes to your AC unit. I had them check my AC becuase I thought it wasn't running 100%. As it turns out, we just need a new filter. There were a few small issues that she also took the time to explain. I feel very comfortable with them and would suggest giving them a try.
