I had the exact same problem as described by previous posters. Someone called the receptionist at our office and learned that we have a Canon copier. He then asked to speak to a tech person which is me. The agent then misrepresented himself claiming to be our Canon representative and that he needs to send me an updated user manual. Two weeks later we received an invoice for $1,300 for toner which I did NOT order.
