This is one of those truly unfortunate examples of a company that simply does not live up to their quality claims, delivery times, or any semblance of customer service.
My wife purchased the Advanced Access Web solution for her Real Estate Web site. Sadly, after well over a month of waiting, several emails, and calls (8-10 calls, even after a conversation with one of their "Supervisors", Jeremy), we received no timeframe for delivery or any status of our project.
As a result, we requested our money back to try and attempt to locate another provider. Upon that request we were told to return an email to their Complaints department and we will have to wait in line for our request to be reviewed(!) Tomorrow we will have waited six days for our money back...still no word in any form: call, email, nothing.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FIRM! At this point I am just hoping to get my wife's money back, the worst part is she has been waiting weeks to get her online advertising off the ground. And the delay is entirely the fault of Advanced Access.
