Review 6/4/2010

Advanced Access has terrible internet service. We had our website with them between January and April 30, 2010 and the service was down multiple times. When we spoke to technicians they blamed the registrar (GoDaddy, which hosts our other sites with no problems ever). Email addresses would disappear repeatedly and our clients got bounced emails. Again, Advanced Access blamed the registrar.
Advanced Access has terrible customer service. We tried to cancel the service on May 1 but were refused. Manager 'Phil' said we signed a contract and too bad that Advanced Access was in breach of contract because the site and email did not work most of the time. Advanced Access continues to bill our credit card, though we have moved our site to another real estate website service (z57, which has had no problems at all since we started with them in May).
First it was bad service, and now they are providing zero service but continue to charge.
I discovered a website of former employees of Advanced Access who say the company is "shady" and "frankly the service does not work" and "don't do business with Advanced Access."

Advanced Access is a waste of time.
