We met the original owners in 2003 and started doing business with Advanced Access at that time. They were a company with morals, good support and a staff that cared about their customers. We were very satisfied.
Later, they sold to Old Dominion, a move that was good for them but bad for the client base. I'm happy for them with this move, but unhapy for us.
Since that time, customer support, web site care, and server care have gone downhill. Promises made have not been fulfilled in almost 3 years.
After 6 years, we are moving our site to someone else. We wish that Old Dominion had maintained the original service attitude and concept, but they didn't. We really like the concept and customer optimazation ability. Over the last 12 months the problems are worse than before.
I guess the best thing to say is in Real Estate Terms is "Buyer Beware".
The "D" they have is well deserved, but again may be too high.
If they cared about the customer/client, we would still be there, but they don't.
