Adobe's software is fantastic and industry standard. But don't switch platforms or do anything else that would cause you to jump through the hoops in their Customer Service Portal or call the Customer Support number. I don't have anything against the actual people in India who I talk to on the phone. I have something against Adobe, though, for outsourcing to India and hiring people who do not speak English very well or do not know how to help Adobe customers. I ran in circles between the phone and the internet to get a simple cross-platform swap. And I found out that the first time I did it, the order did not come through. I waited for it to arrive at my doorstep for 15 days, and finally began to wonder if it had processed. After more hoops, I found out it didn't, and I had to do everything over again.
I usually never get mad at anything or anyone. But I think if Adobe Customer Service threw their computers in the lake, they wouldn't provide any worse customer service than what they already do.
