Adobe software is very good and very expensive. However, their customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered.
Earlier this year my PC crashed and I couldn't find Photoshop CS4 disc. I phoned in and the person I contacted was in the US and was very helpful. He worked with me and I received a replacement disc in no time. In our conversation I mentioned that I was thinking of switching to a Mac but was reluctant because I didn't want to lose a $1000 program. He assured me that if I switched computer platforms I could switch my program just as easily.
Now I have made the switch and I continue to be on hold for at least 1 hour and sometime 2 hours. Then I can hardly understand the customer service reps in the Philippines and they continue to hang up or tell me to fill out forms and just generally giving me the run around.
