This company makes really good software but has really bad customer service. If you have a small problem you can usually get someone to help you. But if you have any kind of more complicated issue, it is nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone knowledgeable with authority. It's incredibly frustrating because their software is very expensive - and once you make your files in it, it's very difficult to open them in any other applications. Designers can lose weeks of work trying to get help from customer service.
