Poor Customer Service

I ordered an Acme Furniture computer desk from Overstock.com to be a gift - which I was going to present already assembled. The problem is the hardware was missing from the box (nuts & bolts, etc). I contacted Overstock about and they tell me it will take
about 5 days for anyone resolve it. I tried calling the manufacturer (Acme Furniture) and they won't deal with me because I'm not a business. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO MAIL OUT SOME HARDWARE!!! I WILL NOT EVER buy from Overstock again and WILL NOT EVER buy an
Acme Furniture products again!!!
