When my husbands work truck threw the Master Solenoid in the transmission of his truck, we paid the $75 diagnostic. After assuring us a new transmission would be the only way, Accurate Auto Works quoted us a work-week and $1800.
Two weeks later my husband and myself show up to the shop Monday morning to find no one there. Not a soul. No courtesy calls or calls back regarding the trucks status or what the hold up was.
Tuesday they confirm that there were further problems regarding keeping the truck running. They assure us they are working the bugs out.
Wednesday morning they test drive it and give it back to us costing $1500.
Three days go by before the truck refused to start for my husband at work. When he called and demanded some assistance they hung up on him. Come to find out (through online research,) the flashing sequence of the lights on the dash of the Dodge Dakota report a Transmission Code.
WE towed the truck back to the shop.
If you need your vehicle in better condition that what you deliver it in, DONT TAKE IT TO ACCURATE AUTO WORKS!
