Very, very poor customer service. I really do NOT suggest anyone try to play these games. They do not answer questions you have about any of the games, and they do not take responsibility for any problems the games have on their side. If there was anything lower than one star as the rating, I'd select that. Reguarding one of Acclaim Games Incorporated's games in particular, 9Dragons, their customer service is horribly inadequate. Questions one might have reguarding the game goes for months unanswered. In light of the recent problems the players of this game are having, it shows atrocious favoritism. Disconnecting issues are running rampant through the community, and those of us experiencing that are demanding answers. None of us has recieved a straight-forward answer. The time sensitive items some of us have purchased with money out of our pockets are running out of time to use them, and we cannot. I doubt there will be any form of compensation, so therefore, I do not suggest ever, ever spending money or time on this game.
