The game 9Dragons they manage is riddled with non-existent support (even for paying customers), spammers, scammers, exploiters, player account hackers, incompetent Volunteer Game Masters, and a General Manager who can't take two minutes to post what he's doing to resolve these systematic problems. In addition, you have a virtual item mall which is generally used by new players to the game who don't know just how useless these coins are, relative to how much in-game gold and exploits players have to use in order to remotely compete and have a somewhat enjoyable experience. You also have rampant player-to-player harassment in chat and lack of accountability or enforcement of Acclaim's own Terms of Service. Instead of taking actions to improve the game Acclaim launches item mall marketing ploys to try to increase their profits without supporting or maintaining their products and services.
