The inspector spent alot of time in the apartment and answered many of my questions and concerns. Thankfully nothing alarming was found. I had some minor repairs and maintenance to do which I was going to do anyway to make my apartment safe. The report was very detailed and I found it helpful I would hire them again. THANKS
