2016 and basically the worst experience you can image with this company

They will say anything to sell you on their great product. But, when you ask questions after buying it or say you are unhappy, they claim you are a fake person who is just trying to smear them with mud.
The customer support is dismissive and does not answer what you ask. They do not deliver what they promise.
My experience was so bad, I reported them to the BBB and they claim I wasn't allowed to make a complaint about them so I now have no access to what I paid for. The software & support. The odd part is, they claim they are highly rated by the BBB. If that is true, I should have every right to file a complaint through that organization.
BE WARNED!
This is not a company you should be doing business with unless you want to waste your time and money. I really wish I had done more research before buying this junk software. :(
