My review is a bit different in that I'm having a hard time locating an e-mail address, or telephone number, provided anywhere at abc.go.com, and the limited 500 characters simply is not enough to state my issue with ABC; how convenient huh. I will locate the number provided here to hopefully obtain a proper e-mail address; I won't waste my postage, but until then I will post my letter of complaint to them here as my review for others. Thank you.
I have to say that I just nailed NBC for having a terrible online presence, but ABC has much worse problems. Do you have any idea how insulting it is that not only have your writers not produced enough new shows (as you are very much aware this was frequent before the writers’ strike), but then you go ahead and play a rerun the following week; this eclipses an insult. Myself, and my family, here in southeastern Wisconsin have already eliminated ABC 12 here locally because not only are they by far the weakest station but also they are terrible in time & viewer management; aside from that back on the point we have also – yes we all of us.. living in separate residences, stopped watching Desperate Housewives altogether three years ago. It was only this season I attempted to watch it again, but nope no thanks. It’s an excellently written show with a great cast of characters, but guess what.. it’s not worth it. My time, my family’s time, my friends’ time, etc., are all valuable and important, and guess again.. none of us work more than forty-hours per week – and we’re pretty common regular median middleclass households. Whether or not the writers contribute to this ongoing problem – ABC has a responsibility to provide outstanding network programming, and across the board this is more of an ABC catastrophe rather than any one cast of writers.
So much in life is either pathetic or destroyed by the deeds of greed, but to have even less than a sub-standard network due to poor upper, middle, and maybe lower management, and really just lacking an overall natural basis for common sense just blows me away. This is not only terrible for your viewership, but for your commercial sales and gross profits. Maybe I should be writing an extensive documentation to the shareholders so finally a new breath of fresh air can begin to circulate; hmm.. I will think on that.
I’m now watching superman another network and enjoying myself – thank you very much.
