Don't deal with these people unless you have to. And if you do have to deal with them, pray for sanity. After signing an agreement and authorizing automatic credit card payments, they overcharged and penalized me $50 because THEIR own system didn't process my credit card on time. I had to explain the situation to two different women who were completely rude and would not let me talk to the manager, then finally the manager decided to take the call after a so-called lunch. He claims that I am "not really being penalized" and refuses to take any responsibility over the matter. Profiting by delaying customers' payments by a day? What a great company. These guys are appalling.
