I am very disappointed with this company. I sincerely hope that they eventually come through and do what is right by their customer.
On December 17, 2010, I ordered a twin size CARS blanket on this website homeoflinens.com. Two days later, my credit card was charged for the transaction. I received a confirmation email stating that my order had been received.
Since then, I have heard nothing from them. I do not have my blanket, and they have ignored my emails. They claim to read all their emails and respond to them, but they have not responded to me.
I have emailed them several times stating I want my blanket that I was charged for, or I want my credit card credited the amount they charged me.
I have heard nothing from them. I have now filled out a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Stay tuned to see if this is ever resolved.
