very rude and no customer service at all. Don't be fooled when you first talk to them everyone can be nice at first. I just asked a simple question and the manager and one of the woman employee there had no clue what CUSTOMER SERVICE meant. I guess since its a collection agency there just there to collect money and not care about others right. TOTALLY RUDE! couldn't believe the manager was rude also WOW!
