This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction

I had a fence installed to contain my dogs. When the original estimate was done, I asked about the size of the gates I was having installed because I wanted to make sure they would accommodate my lawn service mowers. I was assured 5 feet was sufficient. When the fence was being installed, I questioned the width of the gates again and received the same assurance. However, my lawn company is not able to get their mower into the fenced area. I called A Great Fence to see if we could remedy the problem, but they were not willing to work with me. I was told to get another lawn company. They were willing to give me a price on a 6 foot gate, but not willing to work with me. While I have not measured my company's mower, or those of other companies who mow in the area, they all seem to be about the same width. I have never had dealings with a business with as poor customer service as A Great Fence. In my opinion, it is Not a great company. Shame on them!!!!!!
