This guy is very rude and unprofessional. After having a similar experience to those already expressed, he call me a moronic idiot ghetto b-tch. I was trying to clarify something on his website and check on availability on a certain character for my granddaughters party. He does not need to be in the business of providing entertainment for children. He needs anger management and counseling.
