The person who answers the phone at this business is very rude and curses at his customers!!! I booked a elmo character for my childs party and he calls me three days before and cursed at me!!! He then cursed at my husband aswell and my child is out of a character for her party! I was told this company has numerous complaints against them and all for the same guy that curses at his customers!!!! DONT BOOK FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
