These people are LIARS at worst, LAZY at best. I made an appointment for a thursday morning between 9 and 12 for A-1 to fix some bleach stains. I had to take a day off work to be home. I called that morning to confirm, and Ryan (the manager) told me my cleaner would arrive around 11:30. At 12, someone called from the company to say that the cleaners "car had broken down" (though they couldn't provide any details on this) and that they would not be able to come. I was frustrated but rescheduled for the following Thursday at 8am. Again, I had to re-arrange my work schedule. Again, confirmation call. Then, very close to the actual appointment, they called and said that the guy who fixes bleach stains "didn't feel like coming to Santa Monica." They simply cancelled on me because he was TOO LAZY to come. And NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF COMING. I called to speak to Ryan, the manager, to find out what happened, but he wouldn't return 5-6 calls.
NEVER USE THEM!
