COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICES AND PRICE

29 PRIME CONTACTED ME AT MY BUSINESS PROMOTING THEIR WEB BASED SERVICES. AFTER LISTENING TO A LENGHTY PRESENTATION BY THEIR PHONE REP AND REPEATEDLY QUESTIONING THEM AS TO PRICE AND SERVICES INCLUDED. I WAS TOLD IT WAS $199 A MONTH WITH AN OPTION TO CANCEL AT ANY TIME. I WAS IMMEDIATELY BILLED $258, NOT THE $199 ORIGINALLY COMMUNICATED TO ME. I CONTACTED THEM AND AFTER BEING BOUNCED AROUND SEVERAL TIMES I WAS FINALLY CUT OFF, HAD TO CALL BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME BACK. THEY NEVER DID. I EVENTUALLY LEARNED THAT THE $59 DIFFERENCE IN INITIAL BILLING WAS A ONE TIME CHARGE TO SET UP MY ACCOUNT. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS FEE BUT FOLLOWING THEIR INVESTIGATION AGREED TO REIMBURSE THE $59. FOUR WEEKS LATER I WAS STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND, I SAW NO EVIDENCE OF ANY WORK BEING COMPLETED AND I HAD NOW INCURRED AN ADDITION $199 CHARGE. I CALLED, DEMANDED A FULL REFUND OF THE ORIGINAL $259 PLUS THE $199 RECENTLY CHARGED AND WAS TOLD REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE. TO DATE I STILL HAVE NO PROOF THAT ANY WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED ON MY BEHALF AND HAVE BEEN FORCED TO CANCEL MY ESTABLISHED CREDIT CARD IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID ANY FURTHER CHARGES FROM THIS NON-REPUTIBLE COMPANY. AVOID MY MISTAKE AND SEARCH OUT OTHER ALTERNATIVES AND FULLY RESEARCH THEM BEFORE AGREEING TO ANYTHING!
