Will not try to use this company again

This company is not reliable. I booked round trip transfers for 6 people weeks in advance of a family vacation. The pick-up time was to be 6am on a Sunday. I was called by 24/7 at 8pm the night before and was told they could not pick us up at 6am. They said they would cancel my reservation and refund me. They did not process the refund. I have just spoken with the manager who applogized and said he processed my refund, we will see. I just find it hard to understand how a company can know about your reservation way in advance to be able to schedule accordingly and not care how inconvienient it is to their customers to cancel them with less than 24 hours notice. We were just lucky that primetime was able to accommodate us with such late notice. I will just book with primetime now.
