Did return my call within a couple of hours.
But, "Bob" would not give his last name, or describe the exact process they use to help clients.
Quoted a one time fee of $499 for about 60 days delay. Said, "If you want to do it, fine.
If not, ok." When I asked for additional information about how they work, or what work I would be expected to do myself, all he would say is, "It doesn't sound like you're ready to spend the money, so, you're not a client."
Noticed on their website that they also represent landlords in preparing evictions.
Proceed with caution!
