In December 2007, my company purchased some electronic parts from this company. We were satisfied with their performance.
In January of 2008, the company of its own initiative sent us more of the same parts and billed the same credit card with which we had paid for the first order. When we called to request a return authorization, they resisted, and it took almost two weeks before they authorized the return.
After we returned the parts, they did not issue a refund. Now, 4 months later, and after many, many telephone calls, we are still getting the runaround.
