I have a complaint against this company for the following reason...I went to get a set of acrylic nails put on this evening and was extremely dissatisfied with the work done. I immediately told the supervisor on staff that I was very unhappy and wanted the nails off. She advised me to come back tomorrow for the nails to be removed and still charged me $28.00 ($10.00 less than the normal fee) for the service. I expressed that I did not want to pay for the work done but was told all she could do is give me a discount of $10.00. I just basically threw away $28.00 for a service that I plan on getting removed tomorrow. I could have done a better job not knowing what I was doing putting them on myself than going to this so called professional.
