DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR "TRIAL PRODUCT" COLD CALL!!

Fell for the same "trial" product sales call. Our corporation operates as a multi location corporate entity and this scam caused me to want to take the time out of my day to come online and write a review. To start the sales person SPECIFICALLY specified with me that my company wouldn't be charged a cent for these trial drill bits that we didn't even need. Told me that he would send me a trial set just to "try and earn our future business for their products". Although very skeptical, I agreed to give the bits a shot for him within my shop with my Mechanics if we ended up needing to drill anything. I also confirmed with him multiple times if these are in fact a free trial and that he would call me in a couple months to check on how they've been doing for us. He also mentioned that he would have someone else call me get the shipping information correct. When the next person called me minutes after he and I hung up, I AGAIN verified that I would not be charged for these two packs of bits as the previous person mentioned and he again told me that I would not have to worry about a dime. I'm working with my phone line service to obtain the phone call recording because this is an unacceptable way to operate a business. Not only are these bits unneeded and unwarranted, they are invoicing me $743.40 for these regular drill bits. Some kind of STC fee of $47.97 and a Freight fee of $89.98. This is laughable. I emailed the Ruby person on the invoice inquiring about this charge and she gave some automated type response of a return RMA "as per your request" instead of addressing any of my issue with me. This company is clearly baiting unsuspecting businesses in an effort to catch the right person off guard.
