Review 3/26/2011

My husband ordered a dirt bike trailer from T-Motorsports via Amazon.com website. When he got the box and opened it he realized that 1)the welding on the seams where kind of crappy and 2)it was missing a lot of hardware to even put the trailer together. He proceeded to call the number on the website and reached an, I'm assuming, Asian person. The person didn't speak very good English and told him that he needed to send an e-mail with any questions or concerns regarding his purchase. So he sent an email and never heard anything back. After searching the Internet, we found several reviews of this company, all of which were bad. I have no idea how this company is still in business after the things that I have read about them. I have tried to contact both amazon.com and ebay.com (which is where they sell their items) to inform them of the way this business is conducting themselves. My husband ended up having to go buy the missing hardware from the store and put it together. This was the first and LAST experience that we had with the company and suggested that others not purchase ANYTHING from this company. They are rude, untrustworthy, and have no morals. I wish this company would be taken out of business so that no one else would have to go through the problems that my family and so many other families have had to go through. I guess that until that day comes people like us will just have to continue to post information about them on the Internet in hopes that people will read reviews about the company before they buy anything.
