Bought a $2500 mattress five years ago after 6 months started getting a dip in it. Seriously had to have someone come out and measure the stupid thing but the dip wasn't big enough so I waited another couple years am now having someone come out and measure the stupid mattress again to see if the dip is big enough for them to replace my mattress. Will the dip ever be big enough to replace my matress and how the heck do they even measure the stupid dip...very shady!! When you pay that much for a mattress you should get good quality, obviously you don't.
