Had a less than favorable experience with this place. They are also the owners of several online web stores, including:

I tried to buy a $10,000 dollar BBQ Island/Firepit and accessories from this company. The salesman was very hard to reach by email, even though they are an online sales company. It took over a week just to get the order moving forward. During that time, the delivery date for the equipment moved behind by half a month, but he never told me this could happen. This caused a total delay from order to delivery of 2 months. Not reasonable and he could have (and should have) easily told me this was a possibility and made a better effort to process the order. When I asked about canceling some of the order and keeping the expensive accessories, he left a message that he was going to cancel the whole order. A week later, he still hadn't actually canceled the order or reversed charges to my credit card account. This caused a huge delay in getting the $10,000 dollar credit back to my account. He was polite on the phone but very flaky and just didn't make a diligent effort to make this order happen. We'll be avoiding this business in the future.
