Avoid this firm! Today I received a letter in the mail in an envelope that was truly deceptive. It was designed to look like a Federal Express envelope. On it, it said "registered Certified Document". Onthe face of the envelope, it had all the tracking numbers to trick the consumer in thinking it was an important document. On the outside, it had "legal notice, personal and confidential" Like any other person would, I opened the document to find in big black letters "NOTICE OF DEFAULT". It had the name of this firm but did not provide an address..only a 1-800 number. I called it to tell them I did not appreciate this deceptive trickery. Yes, I may be behind on my house payment by one payment, but they do not have any authority to tell me im in default. I do not have any business ties with them. If they try this hard to trick you by deceptive and scare tactic envelopes, do you really want to do business with them. There are reputable firms out there that dont need to scare people. Scholl, try slip and fall cases or accidents that seems more your speed
