Pals Appliance saved me a service call by talking through the problem with a dryer that would not dry properly. They suggested that I check the vent for obstruction first (if I knew how to do that)and if that was not the problem, they would be happy to send a service tech. out. I did inspect the vent and found a nest built inside the vent housing on the outside. Removing the nest was all that was needed. Such friendly and helpful people! the name of the business fits!
